2 Statues from Jojo in the Stars

These must be the Statues of the Spiky Haired Freak

and a smiling Freak at the front of the Pica Tower

when these Picas were entering Madame Pica's Freaks

at the beginning of the Short Film called "Jojo in the Stars".
