The Skeleton was in a Cellar after the Man died from Starvation. 

This is the one from "Snow White's and the seven Dwarfs" 

that reached the Water Pitcher

before the Witch kicked it to the Skeleton. 

And now, this is a Version of the Skeleton in the Cellar 

with a Ball of Chain around his Wrist 

from Ducktales Episode called "Magica's Shadow War" 

because it's a same thing as the Skeleton from "Snow White and the seven Dwarfs"
