That's Hero. 

He's in love with Jojo the Pica with Swan-like Wings 

and he doesn't have Wings like the Rest of the PicasAnd that's Jojo.

She's has Wings of a Swan because 

she was a beautiful flying Pica in the

Part of 2003 British Short Film called "Jojo in the Stars".

Jojo was a Pica who was born with feathery Wings.
