Sergei and the Buoy

Look at this. 

Sergei was on his Inner Tube 

looked at the Buoy on the River with Japanese Words on it 

and it says "メリケン" (Meriken). 

Too bad there weren't any Japanese Words in Russia, 

only in Japan.
