The Festival of the Stars

This is the Festival of the Stars in the Part of "Night on the galactic Railroad". 

Everybody was wearing Costumes and Masks while they were dancing  

and walking around as Giovanni stood there watching. 

Some of the Cats were wearing Costumes and Masks to play various Instruments. 

Giovanni ran off as the 2 of them wearing Costumes and Masks watching him.
