In the Movie called "Dennis the Menace", 

Dennis was using a Sling Shot to aim an Aspirin 

at the Target in Mr. Wilson's Mouth. 

Mr. Wilson was awake and looked surprised. 

Look! Mr. Wilson spit an Aspirin!
