This is Vega. 

She was a Friend of Jenny (XJ9) and the Daughter of Queen Vexus from 

My Life as a Teenage Robot TV Movie called 

"Escape from Cluster Prime" 

Vega has green Eyes and on her Sword she uses was the Reflection 

of the evil Bug-like Robots 

called the Clusters.
