came out in 2001, 

and this is a remake Version of Count Batula 

from "Conker: Live & loaded" came out in 2005. 

Look! Count Batula became a Bat 

after he fed on Conker's Blood to 

turn him into a Bat. 

Looks to me Count Batula being a Bat from 

Conker: Live & loaded has a distended Belly covered with splattered Blood 

when he was hanging by his Feet.
