These must be the Pokémon were evolved from Eevee. 

It's called "Eeveelution". 

Eevee was a Normal Type Pokémon, 

Vaporeon was a Water Type Pokémon, 

Jolteon was an Electric Type Pokémon, 

Flareon was a Fire Type Pokémon, 

Espeon was a Psychic Type Pokémon, 

Umbreon was a Dark Type Pokémon, 

Leafeon was a Grass Type Pokémon, 

Glaceon was an Ice Type Pokémon, 

and Sylveon was a Fairy Type Pokémon. 

Eevee looks like a Cross between a Cat and a Fox. 

You know, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon were from the Kanto Region, 

Espeon and Umbreon were from the Johto Region, 

Leafeon and Glaceon were from the Sinnoh Region, 

and Sylveon was from the Kalos Region. 

A Water Stone can make Eevee a Vaporeon, 

a Thunder Stone can make Eevee a Jolteon, 

and a Fire Stone can make Eevee a Flareon.

During the Day, Eevee evolved into an Espeon, 

and during the Night, Eevee evolved into Umbreon. 

The Moss Rock can make Eevee a Leafeon 

and an Ice Rock can make Eevee a Glaceon. 

With 2 affection Hearts, Eevee evolved into Sylveon.
