That's a Tiramtortlephant that Eric Boardman showed Gary Owens. 

The rarest Animal of them all, but it's not real, 

It's an Audio Animatronics made by the Chiodo Bros.

came out on Sunday, September 12, 1993. 

The Tiramtortlephants lived in 2 Island like Fiji and Antigua. 

I guess Antigua was in the Caribbean Sea and Fiji was in the Pacific Ocean. 

The Tiramtortlephant was half Elephant, half Turtle, and half Tiger  

Which means a rare Animal with a Head of an Elephant with yellow Horns with brown Stripes, 

a Body and Legs of a Turtle, and a Tail of a Tiger.
