Beezle's have tiny Eyes under his Bangs. 

Look how tiny they were!

First, Beezle saw Unico's Adult Form with 1 tiny Eye when 

he uncover his bangs, and then 

he saw West Wind with his both tiny Eyes when 

he uncover his bangs again.
