is called an Eyelax. 

Eyelax looks like an upside down Snorlax. 

An Eyelax was a large Mouth Pokémon. 

But it has a wide Mouth, it ingests Food by feeding it to the Mouth on its Belly, which goes directly to its Stomach. It tends to hide from Trainers, and when spotted, is often mistaken for a large toad. The Males lack Eyelashes. 

The Pre-evolution of Snorlax 

was supposed to be Munchlax, not Eyelax 

because Eyelax was a weird bizarre phony baloney Pokémon.
