Cramorant

 That is a Cramorant the Gulp Pokémon. 

A Flying and Water Type. 

That Cramorant was from the Galar Region 

and it looked like a Cormorant. 

These are the Forms of Cramorant. 

Gulping Form and Gorging Form. 

A Gulping Form was when a Cramorant could swallow a Arrokuda whole 

and a Gorging Form was when a Cramorant accidentally swallow Pikachu whole. 

During the Battle, Cramorant can spit a Arrokuda and Pikachu at the Opponents.

That's really a baloney Rumor was when 

Cramorant got Pikachu in its Beak before 

it could swallow it. 

All Cramorants were gluttonous Pokémon 

that could swallow small Pokémon whole, 

not big Pokémon. 

Thank goodness that Cramorant couldn't swallow Pikachu 

whole into its Stomach.
