and the Humanoid was right behind him, 

which means poor Munchlax was scared and terrified. 

It looks like that scary skinny Humanoid 

wanted to grab him from the Bed and devour him 

by eating his Flesh instead of swallowing him whole!

I get the feeling that Munchlax would say to Jack Frost 

when the horrid Humanoid was right behing him, 

"Don't forget to close the Door!" 

and then Jack Frost closed the Door.
