Night on the Galactic Railroad was based on a Book by Kenji Mirayzawa. 

Night on the Galactic Railroad was an Anime Movie 

came out on Saturday, July 13, 1985  

And Jojo in the Stars was a British Computer Animated Short Film 

came out on Saturday, November 22, 2003. 

Night on the Galactic Railroad was not my favorite, 

But Jojo in the Stars was my favorite. 

I know Jojo in the Stars was little like Night on the Galactic Railroad. 

Night on the Galactic Railroad was made in Japan 

and Jojo in the Stars was made in United Kingdom.
