These are Living Puppets.
That's what Toby turned Melvin's Lackeys and the Villagers into
and Lord Kuruku turn Cheri's Parents into
in Unico in the Island of Magic
because they're in Lord Kuruku's Spell.
These Living Puppets came to life while
Toby was playing a Flute to get in the Ship to Nightmare Island.
All the living Puppets sure are creepy.
Those living puppets look like cardboard robots !
