That's Glittering Goldie. 

She was Scrooge's Love Interest in 

Ducktales Episode called "Back to the Klondike". 

Scrooge remembered Glittering Goldie at the Saloon in the Klondike 

when he was a Prospector. 

When Glittering Goldie was young, 

her Hair was blond while Scrooge was a young Prospector. 

When Glittering Goldie was old, 

her Hair was gray when Scrooge and his Nephews came to White Agony Creek 

in the Klondike.
