This is Lei. 

He was Professor Burnet's Baby and a new Character 

in Pocket Monster Episode 37 called ""I'm back! Nice to meet you, Alola!". 

When Ash returned to the Alola Region, 

he met Lei when he reunited with Professor Kukui and Professor Burnet. 

You know, Lei was a baby Boy's Name after 

the Polynesian Garland of Flowers called Lei 

in Hawaiian Islands and the Polynesian Islands.
