This is Mr. Sparkle the Japanese Soap Detergent made in Hokkaido, Japan in 1986 in Fiction with a Masot of Mr. Sparkle who looked exactly like Homer Simpson. Akira was saying that Mr. Sparkle looked like Homer in The Simpsons Episode called "In Marge we trust". I think Mr. Sparkle Commercial is a fun Commercial for Homer, Bart,and Lisa to watch.
