Look! It's a Wolverine from Tiny Toon Adventure Episode called "Buster and the Wolverine" and he has a thin Belly! This Wolverine was really a ferocious Animal that attack anyone. Oh my Word! The Wolverine devoured Buster's Friends when his Belly was full and fat! This Wolverine was attempting to attack Buster when his Belly was thin again. I think "Buster and the Wolverine" was a Parody of Peter and the Wolf.
